Backstage at Lela Rose’s S/S 2012 show, the word of the morning was one “glamorous”. From the retro gorgeous hair, to the old Hollywood inspired nails, to the delicate beadwork on dresses…glam was everywhere.
To help amplify the already sparkling clothing, Deborah Lippmann used “Believe“, a hybrid gold-silver shimmer on the model’s nails.
The color was chosen to coordinate, but not match the eye makeup used, and was applied to both the short, rounded nails, and toe nails.
The best thing about “Believe”? It’s both a day or night appropriate color, that works for ALL skin tones!
Ted Gibson created an alternative to a braid for the show’s easy breezy hair look.
Starting with Build It Blow Dry Spray and Tame It Shine Lotion to tousle the hair, Ted then twisted the front section of hair from the part to the nape, using a pin to secure it. Finishing the look off with Beautiful Hold hair spray.
Luckily, the clothes are just as pretty!
