I have to admit, Milly is not a brand I was very familiar with before photographing their show. I’ve seen Milly being carried in a lot of department stores, but that’s about it. After seeing the Michelle Smith’s spring collection, I’ve become a fan.
I loved the giant hair bows that graced all of the models. A few dresses really caught my eye, along with cardigans embellished with pyramid studs.
The highlight of the mostly black collection was the newly introduced line of costume jewelry, consisting largely of chunky gold necklaces.
Definitely adding the studded cardigan to my spring wish list. I’ll be keeping an eye out for the new jewelry line, which is said to retail between $200-$400.
